Last updated: February 2026
1. Overview
sourcerightnow.com ("Platform") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects all users to do the same. We take allegations of copyright and trademark infringement seriously and will respond promptly to notices of alleged infringement that comply with applicable law. This policy describes how to report IP infringement on the Platform and what happens when a report is submitted.
2. Copyright Infringement Reporting
If you believe that content on the Platform infringes your copyright, please submit a written notice containing: (a) a description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed; (b) the URL or other specific location on the Platform where the infringing material is located; (c) your contact information (name, address, phone number, email); (d) a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; (e) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner; and (f) your physical or electronic signature.
Send copyright infringement notices to support@sourcerightnow.com.
3. Counter-Notification
If you believe that content you posted was wrongly removed due to a copyright infringement notice, you may submit a counter- notification containing: (a) identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal; (b) a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification; (c) your name, address, phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India; and (d) your physical or electronic signature. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed content within 10-14 business days unless the original complainant initiates legal proceedings.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
We maintain a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights. If a user receives multiple valid infringement notices, we may, at our discretion: (a) issue warnings; (b) temporarily suspend the account; (c) permanently terminate the account; or (d) remove all content posted by the user. We consider the number and severity of infringements, the user's response to notifications, and any mitigating factors in making these decisions.
5. Trademark
If you believe that a listing or user profile on the Platform infringes your trademark rights, please contact us with: (a) your trademark registration details (or evidence of unregistered trademark rights); (b) the specific content that infringes your trademark; (c) the URL of the infringing content; and (d) an explanation of how the content creates a likelihood of confusion with your trademark. We will review trademark infringement reports and take appropriate action, which may include removing the infringing content or suspending the offending account.
6. Good Faith
We expect all IP infringement reports to be made in good faith. Knowingly submitting false or misleading claims of infringement may result in liability for damages and may lead to termination of your own Platform account.
