This Refund Policy applies to all subscription services offered by Sourcerightnow E-commerce Pvt Ltd ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") through the sourcerightnow.com platform ("Platform"). The Company currently offers two subscription-based products: (a) Platform Subscription and (b) Product Focus Subscription. This policy governs refund eligibility, procedures, and timelines for both subscription types and applies equally to all users of the Platform, including buyers and sellers.

2. Subscription Products

  • Platform Subscription: An annual subscription that grants access to the core features and services of the Platform.
  • Product Focus Subscription: An annual subscription that provides access to specialised product-focused features on the Platform. The Product Focus Subscription is linked to the Platform Subscription, and its validity period is aligned with the remaining duration of the active Platform Subscription at the time of purchase.

3. Refund Eligibility

We offer a 30-day refund window from the date of purchase for both the Platform Subscription and the Product Focus Subscription. If you are not satisfied with the service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date. No refunds will be issued after the 30-day window has elapsed. All subscription purchases are considered final once the 30-day refund window has expired.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 30-day window, please contact our support team at support@sourcerightnow.com with the following details:

  • Your registered name and email address.
  • The subscription type (Platform Subscription or Product Focus Subscription).
  • Date of purchase and payment reference or transaction ID.
  • Reason for the refund request.

Our team will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and process eligible refunds promptly.

5. Refund Timelines

Once a refund has been approved, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider: credit/debit card refunds typically reflect within 5–10 business days, and bank transfer refunds may take 7–14 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.

6. Cancellation Without Refund

You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, if the cancellation is requested after the 30-day refund window, no refund will be issued. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the subscribed services until the end of your current annual billing period. No pro-rated or partial refunds will be provided for the unused portion of the subscription after the 30-day refund window.

7. Product Focus Subscription — Linked Validity

Since the Product Focus Subscription is linked to the Platform Subscription and its validity is aligned with the remaining duration of the Platform Subscription, the following applies:

  • If you request a refund for the Product Focus Subscription within 30 days of its purchase, a full refund will be issued for the Product Focus Subscription fee.
  • If you request a refund for the Platform Subscription within 30 days of its purchase, and you also hold an active Product Focus Subscription purchased within its own 30-day refund window, both subscriptions will be refunded in full.
  • Cancellation or expiry of the Platform Subscription will result in the automatic termination of the associated Product Focus Subscription at the end of the current billing period.

8. Exceptions

Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:

  • The refund request is made after the 30-day refund window has expired.
  • The user's account has been suspended or terminated due to a violation of the Platform's Terms of Service.
  • The subscription was obtained through fraudulent means or unauthorised payment methods.

9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated policy on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

10. Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.

We are committed to acknowledging all complaints within 2 business days and resolving them within 5 business days from the date of receipt.
