4. Prohibited Activities

You may not: (a) post false, misleading, or fraudulent product listings or company information; (b) engage in price manipulation, bid rigging, or other anti-competitive practices; (c) use the Platform to sell prohibited, illegal, or regulated goods without proper authorization; (d) scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Platform without our express written permission; (e) attempt to circumvent the Platform's fee structure or payment systems; (f) harass, threaten, or abuse other users; (g) upload malicious code, viruses, or any other harmful content; or (h) impersonate another person or entity.

5. Transactions Between Users

The Platform facilitates connections between buyers and sellers but is not a party to any transaction between users. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or availability of products listed on the Platform. Users are solely responsible for the terms of their transactions, including pricing, payment, shipping, and dispute resolution. While we may offer tools to assist with these processes, the ultimate responsibility lies with the transacting parties.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on the Platform belong to the Company or their respective owners. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Platform content without express permission. By posting content on the Platform (product images, descriptions, company profiles), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the operation of the Platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you to the Company in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution) shall continue to apply.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and applicable local laws, the applicable local laws shall prevail to the extent of the conflict.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
